Local knowledge for Pinon, Otero County
In southern New Mexico's desert, Pinon summers push air conditioning, coolers, and well pumps hard for months at a time, and monsoon storms bring lightning and short outages. Heat is tough on breakers, and the sun is tough on anything installed outside.
Most properties in Otero County get their electricity from PNM or Otero County Electric Cooperative. If your project touches the meter or main service, we handle the scheduling with the utility.
Our new construction wiring covers all of Pinon, along with neighboring Weed, Sacramento, Mayhill, and Sunspot.
