Solar Electrician in Pinon, NM
Solar panels are only as good as the electrical work that connects them. As a solar electrician in Pinon, National Electric NM handles the solar panel electrical hookup: inverters, disconnects, wiring, and the tie-in to your main panel.
Solar electrical services
The size of solar system your home can connect is limited by your main panel's rating. Many Pinon homes need a main panel upgrade or a supply-side connection before solar can be added. We sort that out early so it does not hold up your project.

Solar Electrician for Pinon homes and businesses
The Chihuahuan Desert climate around Pinon means months of high cooling loads, intense sun, and dramatic late-summer storms. Many homes in Otero County are converting from evaporative cooling to refrigerated air, which usually calls for a new 240 volt circuit and sometimes a larger panel.
Most properties in Otero County get their electricity from PNM or Otero County Electric Cooperative. If your project touches the meter or main service, we handle the scheduling with the utility.
