Why La Plata properties call a local electrician
Northwest New Mexico's plateau country brings freezing winter nights, spring wind, and summer lightning. Around La Plata, that means voltage drop on long feeders, weathered outdoor equipment, and electrical systems that have been added onto over the years.
Depending on your address, power in San Juan County typically comes from Farmington Electric Utility System, the City of Aztec, or the Navajo Tribal Utility Authority. When a job involves the meter or the service connection, we coordinate the shutoff and reconnection with the utility.
