Local knowledge for Quemado, Catron County

Quemado is in the high country of northwest New Mexico, where cold winters, dusty winds, and long rural service runs are part of everyday life. Homes, shops, and ranch properties across Catron County often depend on well pumps, space heating, and outbuildings fed by long runs of cable.

Depending on your address, power in Catron County typically comes from your local utility or rural electric cooperative. When a job involves the meter or the service connection, we coordinate the shutoff and reconnection with the utility.
