Ceiling Fan Installation in Animas, NM
A ceiling fan is one of the cheapest ways to stay comfortable through a New Mexico summer. National Electric NM provides ceiling fan installation in Animas, NM, whether you are replacing a light fixture, swapping an old fan, or adding one where there is no wiring.
Ceiling fan services
A fan must hang from a box rated to support it. An ordinary light fixture box is not. We install fan-rated boxes and bracing, use downrods sized for the ceiling height, and balance the fan before we leave. Ceiling fans also work well alongside the evaporative coolers many Animas homes use.

Why Animas properties call a local electrician
Animas has long, hot summers and mild winters, so cooling equipment does most of the electrical work. Panels in direct sun run hot, exposed conduit and cable degrade, and afternoon thunderstorms in monsoon season deliver frequent surges.
Most properties in Hidalgo County get their electricity from PNM or Columbus Electric Cooperative. If your project touches the meter or main service, we handle the scheduling with the utility.
